Warning: Diaphragmatic breathing is usually confused with belly breathing, which consists of inflating the belly while breathing in, which unfortunately is a superficial way of breathing and leads to health problems (postural, systemic and muscular) and risks of hyperventilation.
Several options are available to you depending on your budget and/or your needs.

The extraordinary power of forest breathing

The therapeutic energy of the forest is powerful
From spring onwards, weather permitting, I organise breathing classes in the forest in small groups of about 5 people.
The forest in spring and summer is the ideal environment to practice breathing, immersed in its benevolent and deeply healing energy of natural aromatherapy.
Each session includes a gentle walk in the forest, punctuated by breaks and invitations to connect with oneself through conscious breathing.
I will guide you through this gentle yet deep and powerful breathing and forest bath.
The forest sessions take place in the beautiful forests of the Jura / Ajoie. However, I am happy to travel to a forest near you if you wish to organize a course for a small group. For relaxing purposes, it is preferable however that the forest has more leafy than coniferous trees.
